Converts a time-zone-independent number calculated to be the number of seconds that have elapsed since 12:00 a.m., Friday, January 1, 1904, Universal Time, to a cluster of nine, signed 32-bit integers that specify (second, minute, hour, day of the month, number of month [1-12], year, day of the week, day of the year, and Standard or Daylight Savings Time) in the configured time zone for your computer. The standard or Daylight Savings time parameter is set according to the operating system's setting for Daylight Savings time.

LabVIEW ignores day of week, day of year, and is DST. The other integers can be any value. Thus, you can specify Julian dates by setting the month to January (1) and the day of year to the current day, such as 150 for the 150th day of the year.
